In today's fast-paced work environment, efficient collaboration with colleagues and streamlined data management are essential for success. We are thrilled to announce a new feature that simplifies this process: the ability to sync employee information from Microsoft 365 directly into Kinabase, ensuring seamless integration of existing colleague and manager hierarchy data, as well as job titles.

Here’s how it works:  

• Navigate to the Settings page at the bottom left corner of your Kinabase screen 
• Once in Settings, click on Identity and Provisioning 
• Click on “Sync Microsoft 365 colleague information”  
• From here you can select if you'd like to sync job titles or manager information, or both 

This works with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Microsoft 365, ensuring you no longer have to manually update colleague information in multiple systems.
