How does Kinabase handle security and audit logging?

Kinabase provides comprehensive audit logging covering 100+ event types—from user sign-ins and record changes to automation executions and permission modifications. All data is hosted in the UK with AES-256 encryption, granular role-based permissions and multi-factor authentication.

Does Kinabase train AI on customer data?

No. Kinabase takes a human-centred approach to AI. Features like Scan & Fill, AI filters and chart suggestions are designed to assist users, not replace them. Customer data is never used to train AI models.

What Microsoft 365 integrations are available?

Kinabase integrates with Microsoft Entra ID for single sign-on, Outlook for capturing emails as activities against records, and SharePoint for automated document folder organisation and file storage. The platform also supports email forwarding for inbound email capture.

Can partners brand deliverables for clients?

Yes. Kinabase supports multiple brand identities per account, so partners can create branded document templates, portal experiences and communications for different clients or divisions.

What are the minimum requirements to become a partner?

There are no minimum revenue or certification requirements to join as a Registered partner. Complete the partner onboarding, access enablement materials and start registering deals straight away.
