Cambridge Kinetics Welcomes Another Intern

We’re thrilled to welcome Adam, our newest intern, into the team. Over the coming months, he’ll assist with hands-on testing scenarios and feed real time insights back into our engineering pipeline, ensuring every release meets the standards our clients expect and have become accustomed to.
Working in a startup means operating at the intersection of speed, creativity and constant change. This accelerated pace turns a classroom theory into practical know-how almost overnight, giving emerging talents like Adam exposure to the full product life cycle, from ideas and design to deployment and client feedback.
“I'm really excited to be joining Cambridge Kinetics, I've had a great experience with the team so far and have enjoyed picking up a plethora of new skills. I'll primarily be working on testing and QA but I'll almost certainly be contributing to many other areas!”.

Giving Back: Why Early Career Support Matters to Us
- Launchpad mindset. We remember what it felt like to land that first meaningful role. By opening doors for today’s students, we pay forward the mentorship that shaped our own careers.
- Inclusive growth. Diverse entry-level talent keeps our region vibrant. Internships break down barriers and create tech pathways for students who might otherwise look elsewhere – or be overlooked altogether.
- Shared purpose. Knowing our work powers real career beginnings energises our whole team. It reminds us that behind every feature shipped lies a bigger mission: strengthening the community we live and work in.
Ultimately, our goal is for Adam to leave this internship having made tangible contributions to live deployments, confident in his ability to navigate the unpredictable nature of startup life and inspired by the collaborative spirit that defines Cambridge Kinetics. We look forward to learning as much from his fresh perspective as he learns from our collective experience, proving once again that innovation thrives where mentorship and mission meet.
