Save time by adding activities directly from your Outlook inbox
In just a few clicks and without leaving your Outlook, you can add activities to Kinabase.
This means you can capture important customer and client activity data, link it to Kinabase with the click of a button, and ensure your relationships are up-to-date and your interactions are documented.
To access this feature, follow the simple steps below:
- Install the Kinabase Microsoft Outlook plug-in.
- Click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner of your Outlook email screen and click “Link to Kinabase.” Kinabase will pull up a side window with relevant information that could be added, such as an email chain, the contents of an email, or a meeting.
- Click on “add activity” and it will automatically be added to the company profile in Kinabase. If the company does not already have a profile in Kinabase, the plug-in will give you an option to create a new record in Kinabase.
This feature is especially helpful for users who are managing customer or client relationships and need to keep a detailed history of engagement and interaction. Adding activities to Kinabase also makes it easy to track down deliverables and information sent over email. We hope you enjoy this additional visibility into your customer relationships!
