Managing your Collections

As your usage of Kinabase grows, the number of collections you need to manage will also grow - without thoughtful organisation, keeping track could quickly get out of hand. Grouping and hiding collections is a quick and easy way to make your collections more manageable.

Customising the Collection Menu

Right click anywhere on the colleciton navigation pane to the left of your window and select the Customise Menu option to access the navigation pane customisation view.

From here you can:

• Hide and unhide collections with the eye icon to the right of each collection
• Reorder collections in the pane by dragging and dropping collections
• Add colleciton groups by clicking the Add Group button at the bottom of the collection list then typing a name for the new group
• Add and remove collections from groups by dragging and dropping collections
