Deleting a Record

in Kinabase isn't final straight away. Every deleted record moves to Recently Deleted for 30 days, so a mistaken click doesn't cost you real data - you can restore it, or permanently remove it sooner if you're certain.

Deleting a record needs Records Permission

Permission

The level of access — No Access, View Only, View & Edit or Not Enabled — granted through a Role for a specific area of Kinabase, such as records, tasks or configuration.

In any collection, click a record to open its detail view.

2. Open the options menu

Click the options menu (⋯) in the top-right of the record.
